I have hunted four times with the muzzleloader. I could have killed a deer every time. I sure can't complain about that. When I add the bow days in, I can truly only think of one time when I did not see any deer.

I can't recall any year I could say that at this time of the year.

I have had the same luck. Only one hunt this season have I not seen a deer. I have been out around ten to twelve times. I haven't seen any deer over 2.5 I don't think. But I have seen a lot of deer

This year has been the opposite for me. In years past, I see does everywhere. And several you get bucks prancing around. This year, I ang seem to find a do anywhere, Except on the side of the road when I leave the field. I killed a decent 8point on opening morning of ML, but I thigh in I've only seen 2 deer besides him. I sat all day yesterday and all day today and saw yearling bucks way off in the distance. That's it. Seen more yotes than anything.....maybe that's my problem!

I've seen at least one every trip but two, but sometimes it was just a fleeting glimpse. Saw six in less than an hour hunt yesterday, killing a 7 point (broken tip) at 4:20.
