Supper tonight

The main course is still on ice waiting for my attention (and my knife) but it's gonna be GOOD!
Gonna try a few in the Dots.
The pretzels are amazing and I bet it will be good on bream.
Doesn't seem too salty but we will see.

Don't think it is really designed for fish but it was good.

Why do you use canola instead of peanut?

Honestly for quite a while peanut oil was impossible to find around here.
Figured out I can't tell any difference in that and the canola and it is a fraction of the price.
