Supper Last Night

Hadnt posted in the Cooking Forum in a while but thought last nights supper might be one to share.....Wild Turkey Breast Kabobs laced with bacon and onion. Seasoned with salt & peppper and brushed with garlic butter. Side of grilled squash & zucchini along with a cold cucumber and tomatoe salad.
Everything but the bacon is from the garden or the woods.

Looks tasty. Unfortunately the two I got this season are long gone
Yeah....I'm down to one pack left in the freezer....no pictures, but this year i saved the liver....so I sliced and fried the liver recently in a little olive oil and garlic...I'm not a big liver eater but i really enjoyed it! Good stuff!
