Brady is definitely the GOAT.
What a great game.
It took all I had not to fast forward to see who won as I was watching on my DVR. I love doing that. Skip commercials and half time. I was able to watch the whole thing in just over two hours.
I have to give kudos to friends at church and family at home afterwards, as no one even hinted at a score. My youngest daughter actually watched the last few minutes and overtime with me, even though she knew the outcome, and she didn't hint about the winner. She knows better

Atalanta blew it when they took themselves out of fg range that would have put them up 11. Man, that game will haunt those guys. Hopefully, they will get another crack to help ease that pain.
Montana was great, but Brady is definitely the best to ever play, and anyone who tries to argue otherwise just looks foolish.

Brady is a great QB and definitely in the conversation as the best ever. However, Montana is undefeated in Superbowl starts. I just can't see Montana going 5-2 in 7 Superbowl starts. I believe he would be 7-0 or 6-1.
PDB, I have to ask. When did Montana "break his back"? I know he had back surgery, but I thought after that the 49ers traded him to the Chiefs? The Chiefs haven't been to the Super Bowl since the Hank Stram, Ed Podolak, Lenny Dawson days.

I remember the first night he came back. It was a Monday night against the Giants. He kept putting him on his back left and right. Joe kept getting up like it wasent nothin.
Still a great QB. Top 5. Not as great as Brady. :lol: That hurts me to say that, although Notre Dame is almost as hated on the Ohio State hate meter as Michigan. Sort of like you acknowledging one day that Cam Newton was the greatest over a great QB from LSU (whoever that was). I must confess the greatest Ohio State NFL QB was probably Bobby Hoying or Mike Tomzack. :rotf:
