Did some baby backs offset on the weber. Used a Memphis style dry rub and smoked with a bit of hickory and peach. They turned out really good!

2 hours unwrapped, 1 hour wrapped, last hour unwrapped. About as tender of a rack as I've ever done. Pulled some off the bone then chopped it up to put in mac and cheese for tomorrow night.
