i have been wanting a summit treestand. i want the ultimatee viper sd. the 400 dollar model. i kept looking on the internet for one. i found a summit 180 max sd for 200. i figured it was going to be the cheapest i was going to find. i was wondering if any of you guys have ever used one? and if you like it?
 
Ive got a viper, goliath and a 180. All are very good stands the goliath and the 180 have a little more room for those of us that have wide hips. My favorite is the goliath. Been using summit stands for more than 10 years best stands made IMO.

i have the viper classic, its a bit on the heavy side but that little bit of weight is good when your climbing. it is by far the most stable stand ive ever climbed
