I have some company coming in end of month and there are a couple of people allergic to urushiol the poison oil on poison Ivy Oak and Sumac plants. I've been able to identify the others in the yard but I have so much sumac around and the varieties are many. Also we are located on a hilltop - no swamps in my yard where a lot of these plants grow. However in the holler in back there is some water flow from a stream and some brooks which are usually dry unless it rains. There are the same type of plants there.

The first is branches from a large tree. There are also a skinny tree trunk with a bunch of the leaves on top - like a palm tree but not as tall. Then there are these.

I'm wondering if any of these guys are poison sumac or stag horn or some other variety. I don't seem to be allergic to the oil but Sumac is more potent than the others so anything is possible. Let me know what you think please.

Kind of difficult to say, while they do somewhat resemble sumac, they also miss some of the things that ID them as such. The one with the "berries" at first made me think yes, but the leaves are not even, as they have no single leaf at the end, and while there seems to be some red on the stems, I would think they would have much more than that. Here is a good site with pictures of all parts of the plant for better identification.
