Stuffed Portabella

Tried this yesterday...worth passing along

6-10 medium size mushrooms (core out the stem)
1/2 cup crème cheese
1/2 cup (cooked) sausage
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1 Tbsp. garlic

Mix all ingredients and stuff into mushrooms
Grill 10-15 minutes or oven cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

That same mixture is also great stuffed into jalapenos.
