Wow, terrible news. Cancer takes another way too early. He was a little strange, but I liked him. I grew up watching him do Sports Center with Rich Eisen.

RIP Stuart Scott. :-(.
 
I've been checking on him lately to see how he was, i read last week he wasn't doing well. I always enjoyed watching him of a night. He was " cool as the other side of the pillow " I feel terrible for his young daughters.

That is what I was going to post. I remember, when I first heard him say it, thinking "that's pretty good"; since I often turn my pillow during the night.

During the halftime show if tonights bowl game they just showed a piece on him. One clip was his acceptance speech of the Jimmy V Award. At the end he says I can't ever give up because of my daughters and then tells one of them to come on stage because daddy needs a hug. All I can say is wow and that tugged on my heart strings. Can't imagine leaving my kids behind and what they'd go through. :cry:
