I am looking at the 350 now. Mainly due to cost.I would love the 380 but just more than I can swing. The main thing I have learned in research is to buy from a reputable dealer. Warranty only goes through dealer.

I spoke to Dave on the phone for a long period of time. For the money that xbow is hard to beat.
 
I checked out that website and they by far have a better deal than anyone else I have seen so far. That black 380 just looks plum mean!
 
I bought a 380 last March and killed 3 deer with it this past season. I have not had one problem with mine. Wyvern has the best reputation out there.
