String Hitting my Chest

I've been trying to retune my bear grizzly to some 2018 shafts. I have a 26 3/4" draw (+/-) and it looks like I will be shooting about a 28 1/2" arrow @ 49# with 100 grain points (just to get the particulars of tuning that we traditionalist are nazis about, I'm bareshafting and will cut my arrows down as a see the changes that need to be made). My problem is, as it has been for a couple of years now, is that when I shoot, the string hits my shirt and I think that it is affecting my tuning readings. I know that I have a good, locked bow shoulder and SOLID anchor point (my crown on my rear molar with the middle finger so there is no missing that). What should I do? Should I get one of those things that the olympic archers wear that holds their shirts back or is there something up with my form that I am not seeing? Do they make those things in camo?

By the way, I do have a bit of a barrel chest, so my wife says (for what it's worth)

Thanks for the info
