Strawberry’s Seasoning

In memory of our good buddy Ruger, it's about time to order another big container of his favorite seasoning! Thick sliced pork lion going on the pellet grill for a family gathering this evening.

Sams has had it in stock in the store the last several times I have been. I used some along with a few other ingredients on the Boston butt I smoked Wednesday.

Good stuff I buy it 2 or 3 containers at a time

Love it! I add a little coarse black pepper and it's great pulled pork seasoning.

If you are ever in the boothill it's worth a stop at Strawberrys in Holcomb MO. The best pork steak ever. It's a tiny place in a tiny town. Neat seeing them hit it big with their seasoning.

Found it to be a good addition to about any meat on the grill at our house. I am almost ready to order more!

Didn't realize they were that close. It's just a few minutes out of route next time I go to Eagle Seed at Weiner Arkansas.

I used it on pork steaks last week. Hit them good with it and let them sit in the fridge for 4 hours. Thin your favorite bbq sauce with beer in a crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours. Finish on a charcoal grill brushing the sauce on as you go. Turned out great.
