Stone tool identification help?

Howdy folks. On our family farm in Montgomery County, my dad and I have always hoped to find Native American relics/tools, but we never have in 25+ years of casually looking around while scouting, etc. But, walking the farm this summer looking for tree stand spots, I stumbled across this unique rock that I feel certain is an old stone tool. Can anyone on here help me confirm or identify what this is?? The pics below are taken on top of a 5x7 notecard for size reference.

Looks like a grinding stone, a pestle, which may have been used to grind corn.

Can't rule out "tool," tho.

I once found a rock in an almost perfect heart shape. Couldn't testify that it was a prehistoric Valentine, but….

Hard to say for sure.. Could be some sort of prehistoric stone tool, but could be a natural rock.. I lot of them will fool you.

All joking aside, that method can actually be used to identify ancient tools.

I remember a few years back, my girlfriend had a belly button ring, in the shape of a sea shell. It sounds crazy but, with her's, if you put your ear right up to it, and listened really close, you could smell the ocean.
