OK, I bought a Stoeger STR full sized gun the other day simply because the LGS (Harvey Pistol & Pawn here in Knoxville) had them marked down to 199.95 and then there was a $50 rebate from Stoeger so I ended up with it for 149.95. It has the innards of a Glock 17 but does not accept Glock Mags... Honestly, I thought for the money even if it was junk, I could use it as a Truck gun...
Man O' Man was I surprised by it. Shoots great... no malfunctions at all... trigger is 5 pounds but very consistent and crisp and clean... wish it was less poundage but still can shoot good with it...
Stoeger has them the rebate for a little while longer and for the price there is nothing you can get with the quality...
