Hey Guys, I live in Dover and was wondering if there is any good public land to duck hunt around here. I don't know alot of people that duck hunt, being in the military it's hard to get started. Would take any information for a beginner. If you got room for an extra person would love to go out anytime and learn. Thanks!

If you have a boat there are a bunch of unregistered blinds on KY Lake that you can jump in. As long as somebody don't come in and run you out before shooting time you can hunt in there all day if you want. We hunt up there sometimes and do pretty good at times. And you can go to Bear Creek and blind hop if you want if you live in Dover your only like 5-10 minutes from there depending on where you live. If not there then there is Dover Bottoms, Springville Bottoms, Big Sandy all of these WMA's are very close to you where you can blind hop on. But good luck man hope you get to kill some ducks.
