you should be able to buy a savage after market trigger, but not 100 percent sure.

You can do either. Trigger job or after market trigger.
Price depends on your gunsmith, around here a trigger job is about $35.
Can't remember the price of the trigger, I believe it was a Rifle Basics brand.
Or, take a huge loss on that old 200 & sell it to me! lol

if it were me i would just replace the trigger with an after market trigger. i like rifle basix, theyll set you back anywhere from 80-100 bucks.
the 200 is interchangeable with savage, its the same action.
