I went to a Subway in the Knoxville area not to long ago. The employee had his phone in one hand and a plastic glove on the other (I thought this was going to be interesting). He took my order, grabbed the bread and started to cut it with one hand (phone still in the other hand). Needless to say he butchered it but was still going to serve it. I couldn't take it anymore and said " if you use 2 hands it might be easier and more efficient ". He said "I'm good ". I said " if you worked for me I'd fire you". He said "I don't work for you". I said " you're an idiot". He just looked at me as I walked out the door. I have heavy concerns for this generation.
 
So again why are people saying Deboer needs 3 to 4 years?

It takes him that long to get his players to Hustle, and stay focused? To put their phones away? Sounds like a winner. Dude can't even remember if he had a good week of practice before FSU week or not.
