We just purchased this, have never tried it, but have heard a lot about it. Anyone have any recipes or ideas how to use it?

sriracha may be one of my favorite hot sauces. much better than tabasco, in fact i used to be a tabasco fan and now don't like it so much anyomore.

If you like it that much, you should definitely make some Sriracha salt.
I might give that a try.

If you put hot sauce on it, Sriracha will be a perfect substitute. That stuff is delicious. And since it's not a vinegary sauce, it works very well in sweet combinations. Try it with some peanut butter & soy sauce for a tasty Asian dip. Or, just squirt it in some homemade chicken soup with a squeeze of lime.

There is an entire sub-culture out there dedicated to Sriracha sauce. Seriously. google it.

I haven't seen him on here in a while, but Dodge Man put up a recipe a while back where he made his own. It's a fermented sauce.

Poser, next time your in Nashville, I'll buy the Pho. Have to get there by 11:15 or you will be waiting for a table.

Place next to K&S ain't too bad, initials were KG(Kein Geing?). In that area I've hit up Pho Deli across the street. $3 Banh Mi ain't too bad.
