Good seems like there aint many that hunt them good ol' mt curs!...I got a couple an their a pleasure to hunt. I'll post a good tailgate pic when I get home from school; from Tuesday morning.

Good looking dogs! I was wanting to go in the morning but the deer hunters would get mad.

Contrary to popular belief deer hunters dont own the woods!!! If you have license and your season of choice is open you have just as much right to pursue your game as they do. If a man ever shot or shot at one of my dogs thnking it "ruined" his deer hunt there would be a major issue. And i aint callin no law or warden either. He better make dang sure his deer hunting is worth it. I dont pay them any mind im respectful and.wouldnt want to knowingly drop my dogs down on top of them but if its my only day to run/hunt then i gotta do what I gotta do same as them, ill try keep my distance if they dont like it or understand it thats on them , but if they do something to my dog their in trouble. Jmho. Rabbit meat fills the freezer at my place same as deer meat in theres.

Thats the truth if ive ever heard it! I wont turn my dogs out where i know a lot of deer huntin is goin on or turnout on a single deerhunter if i can help it, but if someone hurts either of my dogs their in trouble! But like i said, i wouldnt mess a deerhunter up abit if i could help it cause i love to deer hunt to.

Well I did go, Dan treed twice. I got to drop one of them, it was a blast to see him with his 1st fur. He treed his 1st squirrel at 4 months old. He's 5 months old now. I can't believe how well he's doing.

I hope he turns into a number 1 squirrel dog. Looks like he's coming on! My dog treed his first one at 5months an hasn't slowed down! I hope yours does the same or better!lol

That's a nice looking OMC! I got Buckley feist that is going on 18 months and is making a nice dog. I got real lucky with the first few squirrels he treed at about 6months and was able to shoot them out to him. He just took it from there and has done real good. I LOVE squirrel-doggin!

Thanks! Show some pics of your dog! I took Dan out this morning for a hour quick hunt. He tree'd 3 times, I'm ready for the leaves to all fall. One holed up, and I don't think that Oak tree was missing a leaf. lol

This mornings hunt with "toothless" Dan. :)
