Food Plots Spring / Summer Plots

Ok, need some opinions on what to plant. Deer numbers are high, would just like to provide a little more nutrition, maybe help horn growth slightly. And go....

I'm planting Eagle/lab-lab beans, buck wheat, Iron clay peas, corn, sunflowers.

Beans or cow peas are your best nutrition.... but if your deer numbers are high in relation to the size of plot you are planting they will most likely wipe them out before they get started.....my deer numbers are moderate but agriculture in my area is on the low side so i have issues keeping them out of mine until they establish...not a lot you can do other than put up an electric fence...
