I have dug several small watering holes on my farm . I been spraying the plots this week with roundup . I noticed as I made the turn around one of the watering holes my boomless sprayer was actual spraying far enough to hit the water . Got my to thinking what the effects might be on deer/ animals using the watering holes ?

Southernhunter I would not worry about it a lot of chemicals used around ponds to control vegetation " shore klear " for example contain 53.8 % glyphosate . A good bit of that chemical gets in the water and it doesn't affect the fish etc. That is just my opinion

with the rain we been getting shouldn't be a problem .think of all the row cropping going on and washed in creeks and ponds .you will be ok.
