Spray for Cane Thickets

Anyone have a recommendation for what spray would help keep a freshly cut cane patch from growing back?

I use Crossbow herbicide, it may take a couple of applications, but seems to work pretty good. http://www.ruralking.com/agriculture/ag ... allon.html

 

[Boll Weevil]

I use glyphosate but generally spray bamboo BEFORE cutting to kill the whole colony. If you're talking about river cane, it has rhizomes underground with runners to other shoots. Spray it during the growing season, let the herbicide get into the colonies system to kill it all, then cut it.
