I would really like a decent spotter,10-12 to 40-45 with a 60-80mm lens with an MOA reticle first focal plane,,

5-600$ tops,,I know thats asking a lot
 
any decent spotter will allow you to watch the bullet/trace in flight,,shooting at a white target/backer you can see it through your scope on your rifle on a low recoiling round,,

shooting the 452 Ultra Lux with the Match Sights when the light is just right you can see the bullet when it comes up through your line of sight with your naked eye,,

Leupold GR 20-40x60. Super glass-you can usually find one used (non HD) for under $600. I run one and a GR 15-30 and they are both fine, the compact carries in a pack a bit easier.
 
looking at a used US Optics with MOA reticle,,exactly what I need but used is still 800 nekid,,no tripod or anything..
