Has anyone had any experience with Spartan when it comes to a warranty issue? I have a cell camera (one of three) that was purchased in March and just stopped sending photos. The memory card is capturing data but it just won't work, cell wise. The led screen come son but nothing shows up. Anyway, after a few troubleshooting efforts which did not work they are having me ship it under warranty for it to be repaired or replaced. I will see what happens, fingers crossed.

I have sent one in for bear damage. They sent me a new one even though I told them a bear did it.

I've talked with them several times over the last 3-4 years and always had good customer service. I've never sent a camera back, so no experience there. Best of luck, let us know how things play out.

Received a e-mail from them that the screen inside the camera was indeed defective so they sent me a replacement camera! I set it up last night and all appears to be functioning as expected. Will get it placed in the woods Saturday. Excellent experience with them.
