Guys just cause they have been cut don't quit hunting them

The beans at my house where cut Wednesday, deer have been feeding on
them everyday since Friday, early than I normally see. But here I think it's
due to the lack of acorns, I no-tilled about 3 acres of wheat yesterday morning
mainly to watch the deer. But if the right one of Os2 Bucks shows up that all
could change..... :super:

Best time to hunt beans they've always said is for the 10 days after harvest.

My wife hunted a bean field that was cut 3 days ago yesterday afternoon and saw triple the amount of deer she has seen any other day this season.

If there is a good acorn crop in the area I don't see as many deer hitting the bean fields after they've been cut. The best are cut corn fields on a frosty morning during muzzleloader.

They cut our bean fields about 3 weeks before bow season even started! Very early crop.

I like late beans where there's some remnants of the wheat harvest coming up through them to add some green to their "last meal" lol
