Sourdough

My sous chef and best friend is going to Florida to play in the sun for a couple weeks and she brought her sourdough starter by for me to babysit and start for her next week. I think I just found out the secret of her cinnamon rolls. I just might have to make two batches.

A good Sourdough starter is something to really take care of.. the one i have my grandmother actually started over 40 years ago!! And baby came it make some good Pancakes!!
