Can anyone recommend a good store on the west side of Nashville or around Dickson to get natural casings from?

Might try Porter Road Butcher there on Charlotte. They seem to have a pretty good selection meats, not sure on casings, would just give them a call.

Whole Foods in Memphis will occasionally sell hog casings at their meat counter. Other than trying one near you, Butcher & Packer is an online retailer for all things meat-processing.
