No, just give it a splash of white wine, don't have one open,............you're welcome. Oh, wrap it tightly in the foil you rested it in and pop it in the broiler. Good to go.

White beans, and what we call Perloo, are 2 dishes we cook that are always better 2nd an 3rd day. Ain't never had it last any longer than that

I hear you, but ain't no way one will last more than 4 days in my house. True key limes and good sour oranges give them all the tartness we need. Lucky that family back home still have trees of both.You want tart, let em set there for a couple months. That'll really tart em up!

Deviled eggs
I've never had a leftover deviled egg. They are lucky to survive the first round of plates with my family. If the wife makes em they are lucky to make it to our destination before I have em gone.
Dragline may have thought can't no man eat 50 eggs but if they are deviled I could whoop Luke…

Very tasty meat(seafood) and rice dish, sure 'nuff. I make it a lot with Turkey legs and thighs.little soul food place near folly beach has very good perloo. never had it before trying it there. didnt make it to leftovers

Looked up perloo. Have a recipe saved. I'll be trying this soon
Sometimes i get lucky and have some steak leftover. Love some steak and soft scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning!
