Place I check every so often has some nice prices on factory ammo but they also have unfired Federal and other headstamp Brass at really very attractive prices.
For example, right now, 100 rounds loaded factory Federal Fusion 95 grain bullet 243 ammo, 50 bucks.
There are 5 pages of deals. One that caught my eye was new 175 pieces 300 Win Mag R-P headstamp 90 bucks.
