Co op will work. I can almost guarantee you that you'll need lots of lime. All Tn soil does. Don't skimp on the lime recommendations because all the fertilizer in the world won't help plant growth without it. The benefit of already having done the testing is that bulk lime takes about 6 months to break down and benefit the soil. If it was already limed your spring planting would benefit. If you can get a truck to your plot you can rent a co op spreader or get a lime truck in there to spread it. You can also go the pelletized lime route which activates quicker than bulk lime but is much more expensive.
