Softening that schedule

Why not? When other conference schools are playing the powerhouses of Syracuse, ETSU, UAB, and New Mexico St to pad the win column, why not join em. It's obvious the committee doesn't value strength of schedule.

It's true. I don't like it but it's true.
I honestly can't blame any SEC school for scheduling those non conference games . What other conference puts their team through the gauntlet of opponents like the SEC? Even Vanderbilt is a power now, just wait till Florida, Auburn and LSU get their feet back under them and none of them were easy wins this year.Seems to me the committee values your overall record and not your strength of schedule at all.
Or a 9-game SEC schedule. Thank goodness they can't schedule Vanderbilt twice in the same year—aint that right GBO buddy?
I was gonna mention due to the 9 game SEC schedule starting next year they'll all need a cupcake or three sprinkled in. We Vols fans used to count Kentucky and Vandy in that group and now it's just Kentucky.Or a 9-game SEC schedule. Don't forget u get auburn on that schedule next year. Alec gonna be working right now on something special for yall. The offense hasn't looked the same since he left. He'll do well at Auburn.
