Snow goose hunting

Can adults hunt snow geese during the Saturday youth hunt. The youth regs are covered in the duck section of the hunt guide and the goose regs show a constant season through the 14th, without any mention of youth stipulations. I have searched all through the guide and this topic is covered nowhere.

No. Only youth hunters ages 6-16 may harvest any waterfowl on the Youth Waterfowl hunt days.

From Proclamation 19-01:
Youth Waterfowl - Open the first two Saturdays of February only, statewide. Only youth hunters from 6-
16 years of age may harvest coots, gallinules, moorhens, ducks, mergansers, and geese during the
Youth Waterfowl hunt days

Note: There is a later statement in the same paragraph that directly conflicts with the statement I just quoted. Contact the Law Enforcement Division on how they are going to interpret the conflicting statements.
