Smoked Venison Ham - What size netting?

Going to make my first attempt at smoked venison ham. I'll remove the femur bone and want to keep everything secure in netting, but can't figure out what size. The hams weigh 7lbs each.
Any advice?

I would get one of each size, the #28 & the #32 based on weights & their description. You seem to be in the middle ground, and removal of the femur may drop you into the smaller one.

Absolutely!
I was processing some tallow and was surprised how many glands/lymph nodes are in that stuff, too. Yuck
