Pecan smoked, bacon wrapped backstrap with garlic Mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots... It is what was for dinner... Oh man was it good. Just look how juicy the backstrap was....

Looks great. I was gonna say that looks like it stayed really moist which I would worry about smoking something that lean. What was time temp and smoker style?
