Smoked a few squirrels on my UDS and they were by far the best squirre ive ate...

No marinade

Garlic pepper
Paprika
Kosher salt
Black peppercorn
Onion powder

Thats all i used in my rub...

Smoked for an hour at 240-260*

It was tender and delicious
