I bought a seasoning kit not to long ago to try out, it caught me eye because it stated it was a bacon seasoning, dang..........I love bacon.
Well, long story short....it is more of a Canadian bacon seasoning than for slab bacon. But, it came out great all the same, I will just use it differently than intended.
