Yep we have done it a lot. You can use turkey or sausage too. Stuff with what ever you like. My favorite is probably 50/50 pork/beef or pork/deer stuffed with mushroom, Swiss, blue cheese and caramelized onions. Yum!

When I fire up the smoker, a few fatties are going on it no matter what else I'm cooking! I always have people asking when I'm gonna make some more.
