Bought two of these in 1973 S&W Model 17-3 8 3/8 pinned barrel. This one is pretty much mint, it has been shot but in excellent shape, lost box for both. Getting older might as well let someone else enjoy this one. My other has to many memories and has been shot 1000's of times always carried it when frog hunting and wading ponds it looks rough but wouldn't take nothin for it.

$1000.00 picked up.

Boy, Smith knows how to put a deep bluing on guns. That thing is beautiful! I have a buddy who has one, not nearly that nice. He kills trapped hogs with it. Bang..flop. Very nice piece!!

I like reading you guys carrying for frogs and squirrels
One of my earliest memories with Dad was him plinking green walnuts off tree in the foothills of Mounteagle Mountain
I packed my other Smith 8 3/8" when I was trapping back in the middle 70's and fur price's was really high then.
