Smith County Warden Number

[Bad habit]

Does anybody known who the warden for Smith County is? Nobody answers when I call the TWRA violations number nor will they call back. I have Lowery's number but I believe he retired. I have a seriously illegal and highly unethical concern i need addressed. Thanks.

There was 3 or 4 different ones trying to cover it a few months ago.

Doug lowery? He used to be marshall countys officer. Rascal wrote a ticket for not immediately tagging a deer (was actively dragging it to me truck on w farm i leased when he saw me)- it was the first yr of telecheck. Luckily one of the head twra guys on here took csre of it for me.
