Small Game reg question?

Rifles and handguns using center-fire ammunition are legal for hunting beaver, bobcat, coyotes, feral hogs, fox, groundhogs, and crows, except during deer, bear, or boar seasons.
Now I know I've seen where people have popped yotes during deer season with rifles?Am I missing somthing? Maybe I've been in Iraq too long lol.

You're right, it says that.
I know it is illegal during deer archery season to use a centerfire rifle to kill a coyote.
I also know I have read SOMEWHERE that coyote is legal to take during deer season (rifle) as long as blaze orange and other requirements are met.
Can I find that now.... WELL HECK NO !

Well I come home this month I'm just looking though the regs since so much changed last year and I will be hunting alot this year when I come home.But Didn't they allow the use of any centerfire rifle to be used while deer hunting so predator hunters could hunt during deer season last year?Thats why I looked this up in the first place.

They may be hunted during deer season with smallgame equipment or with what you are legally hunting big game with also (if you are a licensed big game hunter.)
