Got my bow in the mail today. " Slick stick " been paying around with it tonight setting brace height nocking points etc. so far I love the way it looks and draws , not fond of the bow finish but think I'll get use to it, hopefully I will post a review update after some shooting sessions later this week.
 
Eddie it has a textured feel on the finish. All of the reviews I read made mention of it. I prefer a slick finish. I actually got to shot it 10 times or so today. It's quiet, smooth on the draw. Lite.and short. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hit the said of the house with it but I was amazed at how well it shot. Can't wait to really get to spend some time with it. Got high hopes I am really going to like this one. I'll be posting more about it as time goes on.
 
try a little paste wax on a spot and buff it, see what it does. if it gives you the shine you want, wax the whole thing.
