Sled blind finished

Just finished the first of 2 builds this year. Our Cumberland city property has several places where dry ground can offer a great opportunity at a willow hole that seems to really pull ducks but we can't set up on the water to hunt the wind so we decided to build a couple big portables to accommodate our aging shooter class. These will be easily relocated with a tractor.
We are also building one on an old all aluminum 8 X 24 pontoon boat we salvaged.

If you are planning on floating the pontoon blind, we put some plastic 50 gal drums underneath between the toons for needed buoyancy.

We actually are concerned that it will float. We only put about 18 inches of water in this hole but if we have a wet winter it can get deeper in a big rain.

We have one only slightly smaller that we pull around our farm in the Saint Francis bottoms it works great.

For shallow water small spots we have a 14" water sled and a 20" water sled. Can shoot 4 or 5 in a pinch and drag them in with a gator. Fab shop outside of Guthrie makes them for me. Let me know if you need their contact since you are close by.
Good to be mobile when needed.

Got the pontoon blind done. Steps need legs so they stand alone.
