My friend that's a crappie man wanted to yet bass fishing so we took his crappie boat and went to work. He had a blast, but unfortunately his live well broke during the day and a couple died. However, nothing wasted because he filet the 3 that died.

Why put them in the livewell if you are planning on releasing them? Take pics and release them immediately. Much healthier for the fish.

Nothing wrong with that. We put em in the live well all the time to get pics at the end of the day.They went to the grease and Im sure they were enjoyed.

Come on guys... No use ragging him. We ride them around all day when we are tourney fishing. I see a lot more than 3 fish left floating (where he took them home and ate them) after tourneys all the time.

We have a hard enough time with PETA and all the other freaks... No use bashing one of our own over something like this. I'm sure killing the fish was the last thing he wanted to happen.
