Let's see some skull mounts! All different types of animals. List some details with your pictures like when the animal was killed, who did the mount for you, the time it took to get the mount back, price, etc. Whatever you feel comfortable putting on here. The more info the better.

Here is my skull mount. This was my first buck with a bow so I wanted to have something to remember him by. I killed him November 9, 2013. Shot him with my PSE EVO 7. Took the head to Critters Taxidermy in Bristol, VA. Great guys to deal with there and top notch work. Price was $75. Got it back in about six weeks. Very happy with the way it turned out.

Give me a couple of days. I am bleaching my deer I killed in November now and have a bobcat almost done as well.

I have a beetle colony and a taxidermy license. If you like what you see when I post them up feel free to contact me. I will do animal that is legal, it doesn't have to be a deer. I am going to do a crane skull I have in the freezer in a couple of weeks.

Here is one I just finished. I killed the deer in November at Oak Ridge.

I do mine with beetles. I charge $50 for complete skull (includes lower jaw) for TNDEER members. If you want it mounted to a plaque the cost will be determined by the type of wood you choose. I can get just about any kind of wood.

Good looking deer! Good looking mount too! Do you have any pictures of the finished product mounted with the lower jaw? Don't know that I've seen them done like that before.

Not yet. Still trying to decide where I want to display it and what wood I want to use. I may do something a little different. Jus can't make up my mind just yet. When I do I will post pics.

The wife decided she wanted something above the TV in the living room. As soon as the polyurethane dries I will hang it. I decided not to put the lower jaws on it just yet. If I change my mind I can go back later and put them on.

Here is my Euro wall. I have done all of these myself and have a late season buck from this year to add. I wish that I would have started doing these earlier as I have a few more horn mounts that I wish were euros.

Pic of my son's spike which was his first buck.

Ruger, that coyote pelt did you have it soft tanned or you do it yourself? It looks good

I had it done.
It is what they call a "trappers mount" and it has some filling in the center to give it more shape.
Very cool I think.
