Its easy and I love it. Baked potatoe...

I add sour cream chesse chive and brown some venison anuduille sausage to put on top. I get the $5 a bag variety potatoes from Kroger bc they are smaller and help with portion control. Filling and fairly healthy. Also doesnt make too much of a mess.

I have several single guy meals that I have not cooked in a long time since I got married.

1st recipe
Make up a box of kraft shells and cheese. While the water is comming to a boil, fry up some venison sausage and break it up. Maybe throw in some onion, garlic, and/or green pepper if you got it. As you are boiling the pasta, throw in some frozen brocolli when there is about 5 minutes left. Strain the pasta/brocolli and mix with cheese sauce and add the meat and onions and mix some more. You can use whatever meat you want. Its a meal in a bowl.

2nd recipe.
Take a box of zatarains red beans and rice and follow the recipe. I like to take an extra can of red beans and strain them and dump them in with it. While that is cooking, cut up some smoked sausage, green peppers, onion, and fresh garlic and fry it in a pan. When the red beans and rice are done, mix in the sausage mixture.

Add a 50 cent can of chili to those ramen noodles with some freshly chopped onion and a slice of american cheese on top and a bottle of hot sauce on the side and you got a meal. Of course, nobody is going to want to be around you a couple of hours later.

Mac & cheese, hot dogs, bologna samiches. Back when I was single it wasn't uncommon to find all three of there. In my kitchen.

Jim Ive actually done exactly what the second one says...it is really good. I sometimes sprinkle a little mozzarella or parm on top. Takes away from the cajun feel but adds some juicyness.

Do you make your own venison andouille sausage or do you have someone who makes it for you.

I make my own. Its not in links or tubes, just ziplocked in about 2lb bags. Ive used it in lots of stuff and it hasnt been bad yet.

I buy the seasoning from a butcher here and mix it about 15% with ground up boston butt...

made breakfast, hot, anduille, and sweet italian this year.

You can flat go through some deer meat trimming it and turing it into that stuff but its really good!

I am wanting to try making some andoulli. I want to try smoking it. Back when I used to duck hunt allot, I used to make allot of sausage out of ducks and geese which turned out really good.
