Sighting in Question!

I'm shooting a 243 with 100 gr interlocks. What yardage do yal sight in. I shot it at 50 and it's way high at 100. Should I set it for dead on at 100.

I would go dead on at 100 if you have a bdc reticle. Standard reticle maybe 1.5 inches high

I like to be dead on at 100 especially if the majority of my shots are 100 and in. Just what I like.

I shoot 95 grain fusions in mine and have it 1" high at 100.

Moved it down some and got these 2 shots at 100.

With a flat shooting cartridge like a 243, I'd want it at least 1 1/2 or 2 inches high at 100 yards. To do otherwise wastes it's potential for the occasional long shot. The only rifle I have sighted for 100 yards is my 35 Remington. My 257 Weatherby is set for almost 3 inches high at 100 yards so that it still hits a bit high at 300 yards. That much mid range rise is never going to cost you a deer. It has caused me to miss a couple of coyotes over the years though when I forgot to hold low for the mid range shots.
