They're awesome.
You might want to check out the P365XL though- just to be sure you don't orefer that one. AFAIK the biggest difference is the XL version has a little longer slide.

I went to Royal Range and tested out 6 different handguns before choosing. The P365 wasn't on my list, but after I tried it out- the decision was easy.

I'm heading to Bass Pro tomorrow to take a gander at one. I found a fair deal on an auction that may work out. However, once that auction is nearly closeing, that's when the bidding war starts and you can get a new one cheaper.
UPDATE: Too damned cold today, relax at home. Head up to Springs sometime during the week.

Going to the range and trying out all those different ones worked really well for me.

It costs a little money, but you also get the benefit of making an informed decision.

Got one and really like it, feels great in my hand. I looked at several when I bought, the Sig p365 was the one I liked best.

I've read there were some problems with certain model Sigs.
Anyone had any significant problems?
There is a range across the road from Bass pro. Going to head there first.
I had a Ruger LC9, but really wasn't impressed with it.

I carry a p365 macro daily. Upgrades i did, but not required. Wilson combat frame ( i like the more aggressive grip), recoil spring, TLR-7 and a swampfox sentinel red dot. I love it and it will shoot any ammo i have tried in it.

The P365 is the best compact 9mm going, in my opinion. I've found them to be reliable, accurate, and easy to shoot due to the way they recoil. I've got two compacts and one Macro. I can pocket carry the compacts and I have a Holosun 507k and a TLR-7A on the Macro for IWB carry. The thing to watch (or so I've read) on the P365s is the trigger return springs are the first thing to break.

In the process of looking for a new carry and borrowed a P365 to try out. Was very impressed. Pleasure to shoot. Buddy of mine just bought the Macro this week. The P365 is for sure on my short list.

Just my opinion, but I found the S&W Shield Plus to be the better option. Give one a try if you get the chance before you commit to the 365. You may also like the Glock 43X, which is a little larger but is a better shooter (again, in my opinion)

Agree. There a lot of good opinions in the size pistol. I recently got a S&W Shield X, topped it with a Vortex Defender dot and TLR-7…love it. I've carried the 43X and several others, all good, but the Shield X checked all the boxes for ME.

I've also shot the Glock 43X recently and really liked it....but I'm talking about the P365X Macro....Also going to look at the Glock 19 Gen 5....several good options to choose from.

19 is a solid choice. My 19 is limited to 10 rounds so I don't bother carrying it. No point! But I can't NOT own a 19.

Once I get down to TN that will change

As soon as you cross the border into Free America, they hand you 15 rd. mags. Your time will come my friend.

How many rounds do you need for concealed carry? Now remember this is for personal defense, not a full blown battlefield operation. Personal protection is considered to be "close encounter", and not the extraterrestrial kind.

Well, with the new mob mentality of the left, and how they tend to completely surround vehicles, I opt for 10+1 as well as an additional 10 round mag in my pocket.

Maybe once I get to TN I'll feel a little better about carrying fewer rounds since the state obviously doesn't tolerate that kind of behavior.

I got a Sig X-Carry P320 that I can put a 21 round mag from my X-5 in..
That said-I carry a 1911 most of the time..

I'd have to wear an overcoat even in summer to conceal a 45

Carry a bigger gun like a .45ACP because shooting twice is just silly. J/K
