Have a pair of their binos I love, bought them in 2020. Over the years the focus nob has gotten very easy to turn, which is kinda a pain because everytime I take them out of my harness or move around it will adjust the focus. So pretty much ever time I pick them up to look at something, even if in the same spot I looked before, I have to refocus them.
In reality its not a huge deal but with season pretty much over I thought Id check if it was a warranty item I could send them in for to fix. Emailed them this morning at 10:50 about it. At 10:55 I had a reply from Jon (one of the owners/founders) saying heck yeah send them in and we will take care of it.
I expected they would be never expected the owner to email me back in 5mins time lol. Goes to show there are still some really good folks out there that care about customer service.
