Shotgun barrel threading

I have a shotgun barrel I'd like to have threaded for screw-in chokes. Anyone know of any middle TN gunsmiths who do that and what they charge.

not tn but rose action sports in ky did my 870 barrel. cut it to 12 inches and threaded it for chokes and charged 75.00

What choke do you use in a 12 inch barrel?

Since a 12 inch barrel is illegal, pretty sure he is talking 22 inches.

I think 12 would be illegal even in Kentucky. Probably not in Mississippi, however.

No, seems I remember his post the other day talking about his new SBS (short barreled shotgun) for home defense with paperwork complete.

I can honestly say I did not think the barrel on the pictured shotgun was 12 inches long. I was thinking 18. Live and learn.
