Out the truck window as I was driving through the field yesterday afternoon, heading for the stand. This is just some of them.

The stand is not quite 8-ft off the ground and I have hunted it twice in two years. Killed two and total hunting time is less then three hours. Might be in a good place. Nuts and simmons all over.

go kill a turkey, or I'll take care of em for you ;) I had a huge flock of turkeys, 2 flocks actually, come by me yesterday. too bad I hit and lost one of them...

It is beautifull. There are over 80-acres of hardwoods bound by fields and pastures. All through the woods are old roads, most still driveable when dry. It makes getting deer out a lot easier. No matter which way they run, they are going toward a road. The owner keeps it all just about manicured and is a super guy. I was fortunate to get permission to hunt here. It is about 77-seconds from my driveway to the gate :)
